Good start for HYEX Safety despite global challenges

It is with excitement we look back at the first seven months in operation.

Entering 2021 we would like to thank our clients for the good cooperation and interesting projects. The more than 20 projects have with few exceptions been related to hydrogen safety (96%), but also included challenges related to electrification or wind turbines and ammonia. While consulting work for maritime hydrogen vessel projects dominated(58%), hydrogen production (17%) and consumption outside the maritime (15%) were also significant project categories. Most projects were done for Norwegian clients, yet work for clients abroad represented 19% of volume and showed an increasing trend. So far, the client base has been varied. It included a handful of the largest companies and public organisations in Norway (entities with more than 10,000 employees) as well as small start-ups (with less than 5 employees).

It is truly inspiring to be invited to support various ongoing and new hydrogen projects in Norway and internationally.

We are very much looking forward to new challenges in 2021 working with returning as well as new clients.
